In-Home Consultation:
We will discuss your goals for
your space. How do you use the space? What works for
you? What changes do you envision? What inspires
you? After our in-depth, in-home consultation, we
will decide which of my services or combination of
services will best meet your particular needs.
Fee: No charge
Interior Design:
After our in-depth, in-home
consultation, I will work with you in developing a
design plan. This design plan will help assist you
in choosing a color scheme, furniture purchases,
furniture placement, ideas for window treatments,
coordinating textiles, accessories and more
depending on what you wish to accomplish.
Fee: To be quoted at the time of the In-Home
Consultation
Interior Design Makeover:
Once the design plan
is approved by you, I can implement the new design into
your home.
Fee: To be quoted at the time of the scheduled
design plan meeting.
Interior Redesign:
After our initial in-home
consultation to determine your use of the space, I
will empty the room so that I will have a clean
slate. Once the room has been emptied, then the
creativity begins. I will rearrange the existing
furniture, accessories and re-hang the artwork, to
create a wonderful new look. My goal is to create a
beautiful room using the treasures you already own.
I may even “shop” other parts of your home to find
just the right piece to complete the look and may
leave you with a list of suggestions for things you
may want to consider as your budget allows.
Fee: $250.00 per room
*If an assistant is needed to help move large or
heavy items, there may be a separate fee
for this.
Real Estate Consultation:
There is nothing more
important than the first impression your home
creates! I offer an evaluation service that consists
of a complete assessment of your home. My
consultation starts with a complete walk-through
taking detailed notes of your home’s special
features, as well as the trouble spots. You’ll then
be advised in a detailed written evaluation how to
specifically showcase your home – from curb appeal,
to room by room assessment, to what surface repairs
and investments may be needed, all in prioritized
order.
Fee: $200.00
Real Estate Staging:
Staging is a proven method of
furnishing and accessorizing your home to create a
positive impact on prospective buyers. In staging
your home, I will declutter, depersonalize,
rearrange furniture, correct the lighting and
re-accessorize. Prospective buyers will feel welcome
making it easier for them to envision themselves
living in your home.
Fee: Staging fees average $300 per room.

Color Consultation:
Color is one the most important
elements in design. Choosing the right color can be
overwhelming. I can help you select the right colors
and finishes to create the desired mood in your home
– whether you want to make a bold statement, or
you’re seeking something more subtle and serene.
Fee: $50.00 an hour
Personal Shopping:
Are you inspired by the plans I
gave you but just don’t have the time to make it
happen? I can find the right finishing touches for
you to complete the look.
Fee: $30.00 an hour
Outdoor Living Makeover:
Turn your outdoor space
into an extension of your interior living space. I
can create wonderful living areas on your front
porch, patio or even under a shady tree in the
garden.
Fee: To be quoted at the time of the In-Home
